How do I qualify to receive a reward?
The Baby Box Co. is offering free educational programs in a growing number of regions.
In order to redeem a reward you will need to:
- Join our community of parents at babyboxco.com and complete the registration process
- Review the courses that are available in your region
- Complete one of our courses covering health and safety topics and take a brief quiz.
NOTE: USA (reward shipping fees may apply): Contiguous 48 States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, the Territories of the United States, or the Territories of Canada.

At this time, our Baby Box is unavailable. You can find our current available classes and rewards at any given time here.
I signed up—why didn’t I get a reward?
Joining The Baby Box Co. is the first step to qualifying for a reward.
You must complete a video education class and pass the quiz to see your options to redeem for your reward (availability varies by region). In addition, for some rewards you will need to select the shipping method and/or pay a nominal fee for the shipping expense.
Occasionally, rewards do not ship due to an error in the mailing address or other error. Please inquire here if you do not receive your reward as expected.
What is the mattress made of?
All of our mattresses are firm foam pads which have been independently certified as non-toxic and safe by CertiPUR-US laboratories. Specifically, they adhere to the following:
- No PBDE flame retardants
- No prohibited phthalates
- No ozone depleters (CFCs)
- No mercury, lead or heavy metals
- No formaldehyde
We are dedicated to providing babies with a safe sleeping environment!
ABOUT The Baby Box Co. Classes
How do I register for the classes?
On the upper right hand corner of our website, you will see a button labeled “sign up for free.”Please click on that button and follow the prompts to complete the registration. Once the registration is complete, you will be given a list of the free classes available in your area.
What will I learn?
Videos cover topics relevant for all parents, like nutrition, sleep and child safety. There is also content for expectant parents about pregnancy and childbirth.
What do you mean by experts?
We partner with qualified professionals from multiple healthcare organizations to create our video classes. Types of experts include OB/GYNs, pediatricians, nurses, nutritionists and sleep therapists.
How long are the classes?
Each class is about 10 minutes long and consists of several 1- to 2-minute long parenting videos.
How long do the quizzes take?
Each quiz usually takes 2-3 minutes to complete, but you can go at your own pace.
Do I have to “pass” to get my reward?
To help you get the most benefit from your class, we’d like you to answer all the questions correctly. But you can take the quiz as many times as you need to. There are no trick questions, and you can re-watch the videos to help you out.
Do the classes or quizzes cost money?
No! We will never charge for our classes, because we believe all parents and caregivers should have access to information they need to care for their kids.
How do I know what reward I will receive?
Our classes provide parents a preview to the reward they will be receiving prior to starting the class, and once the quiz has been completed, we share more details about the reward.
How do I get my reward?
Upon completion of the quiz, you will see the redemption options available to you. In some cases, you may need to pay a nominal fee for shipping to your home.
You can expect your reward to be shipped within 30 days. Once your reward has been mailed, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your reward.
What new rewards will you be adding?
As we expand our partnerships, we may offer additional care products, or digital vouchers for free baby and toddler products and services.
When will new classes become available?
We’re always teaming up with new healthcare partners and adding new content to our site. We’ll email you when we have new classes that are right for you.
How do I access new classes?

Is The Baby Box Co. class content only available in English?
At this time, we only have classes available in English.
Shipping, Returns, Billing
What are your billing terms?
To pay for products or shipping, we accept payment by credit card: VISA, MasterCard, or Discover; and PayPal.
What are your shipping and handling terms?
We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, FedEx or LTL based on our selection.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns for rewards program.
Where is my reward?
Rewards can may take up to 30 days to be received depending on the delivery carrier, and current demand.
I ordered multiple safe sleep bundles but only received one. Where’s the rest of my order?
The Baby Box Co. was created to help moms and dads parent smarter so they can keep their kids safer. We limit our members to one reward per class per household. If you’ve created multiple accounts that ship to the same address, only your first reward order (per class) will be fulfilled.
